From first email to finished painting — here's exactly how it works
Booking a corporate offsite activity Amsterdam teams will actually enjoy shouldn't be complicated. Here's the full process, start to finish, so you know exactly what to expect before you reach out.

Step 1: Tell us about your event
Send us three things: your group size, your preferred date, and your venue — either your own office, a hired space, or request a proposal from one of our preferred partners. That's genuinely all we need to start putting together a quote. If you already know whether you'd like a Guided or Freestyle format, or have a theme in mind, include that too, but it's not required at this stage.
Step 2: We confirm availability and send a quote
Within 1-2 business days, you'll get a clear, itemized quote back by email — no phone call required. It will include your per-person rate, what's included, and our proposed timing (workshop length plus setup/cleanup windows). If your date is genuinely busy on our calendar, we'll tell you immediately and offer alternatives.
Step 3: We design your painting
You can choose straight from our existing catalogue of designs, or we can build something custom — tied to your company's branding, colors, your product, or the theme of the day. For custom designs, we'll usually hop on a short call to understand your goals and send over a few concept options before locking anything in.
Step 4: We lock in the details
About one to two weeks before your event, we'll confirm final headcount (this is what your final invoice is based on), exact venue address and access instructions, and your preferred format (Guided or Freestyle).
Step 5: We show up and run the entire session
Our instructor and team arrive 45 minutes to 1 hour before your start time to set up — canvases, paint, brushes, easels, table protection, everything. We run the full session, whether that's a 1.5-hour Guided workshop for 15 people or a longer Freestyle session for 60. Afterward, we clean up completely, so your venue is left exactly as we found it.
Step 6: You keep the memory
After the event, we send over a full set of photos plus a highlight aftermovie — usually within a few days — packaged as a shareable folder your team can post internally, on Slack, or on LinkedIn.
